PHISO goes to Cebu

On the 31st of May 2018, PHISO, in collaboration with the Department of Political Science of the University of San Carlos (USC) and American Corner Cebu, conducted the Pre-Conference Forum, Praxes turn in IR: Opening spaces for practice-directed scholarship in IR, at the Dingman Hall of USC’s Downtown Campus in Cebu City. It comprised a roundtable discussion, Global and Philippine IR and the practice turn, and the IR interactive session, IR/IS Programs & the PHISO Visayas Core Group, in the morning and afternoon sessions, respectively.
