We warmly welcome Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aries A. Arugay
of the University of the Philippines, Diliman. He is the Executive Director of the Institute for Strategic and Development Studies, Inc. Dr. Arugay earned his PhD in Political Science from the Giorgia State University, USA.
We are very thankful that he will represent PhISO at the business meeting of the World International Studies Committee (WISC) at the International Studies Association (ISA) convention in Atlanta, USA on March 2016.
