Nassef’s Apology to Everyone

I deeply and sincerely apologize for those who were offended or disappointed with the words I chose in previous PhISO’s announcements. I understand that the IR scholarship in the Philippines is already flourishing with several great institutions, highly respected scholars, indefatigable practitioners, and extensive research networks.

PhISO did not intend to misrepresent the state of IR scholarship in the Philippines. For any previous, present and future mistakes that may lead again to confusion when PhISO makes announcements, please do not blame PhISO, but blame me instead. They are all my faults.

I will be more careful in choosing words this time.
