It is with great sorrow that we mourn the loss of one of PHISO’s international advisers, Professor L.H.M. Ling.
Professor Ling was a prolific scholar whose work in post-Westphalian IR inspired our organization’s commitment to promoting the study of multiple worlds and Postcolonialism in the Philippine IR community. She will be greatly missed by us all.
