By 2030, all members (including the ex officio member) of the Board of Trustees and Management Committee will automatically vacate their positions. The general assembly composed of PHISO bona fide members during the 14th PHISO International Conference shall vote for 11 new members of combined BoT and ManCom. All new BoT+ManCom members will convene to identify and assign among themselves who will be the president, executive secretary, chairs of six standing committees (publications, membership, finance, linkages, research & area studies, and an undergraduate body), and three LuzViMinda representatives. The combined BoT and ManCom in 2030 shall be called the Executive Committee (ExeCom).
3-year term of office is accorded to an elected ExeCom member. He or she can be elected twice and can serve for a maximum of non-consecutive 2-terms, i.e. 6 years only.
