Dr. Aries A. Arugay
is an Associate Professor at the Department of Political Science of the University of the Philippines, DIliman. He is the Executive Director of the Institute for Strategic and Development Studies, Inc. Dr. Arugay completed his PhD in Political Science from the Giorgia State University, USA.
