This year’s conference takes place at the Cebu Parklane International Hotel. Located along Archbishop Reyes Avenue corner Escario Street, Cebu City, our venue is remarkably close to Cebu Business Park and Cebu’s I.T. Park where business, shopping, dining and entertainment blend. 

Direct route from Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA) to Parklane: Taxi Cab: approximately PhP200.00/USD4.00  |  GrabCar: – approximately PhP350.00/USD7.00

Alternative route via MyBus (click here for trip schedules and other details):

• MyBus fare (MCIA to SM City Cebu) – PhP50.00/USD1.00; and
• Taxi Cab (SM City Cebu to Parklane) – approximately PhP120.00/USD2.50

Registration authentication

Upon arrival at Parklane, you will find the registration authentication desk and book publishers at the third floor of the hotel. You will receive a conference kit after you sign and validate your information. Authentication process may take some time.

In navigating the hotel, note that plenary sessions in the morning take place at the third floor (Eugenia Hall), while parallel sessions are conducted at the second floor, i.e. Humabon, Juana and Tupas Halls.

Documentation

Expect photo, audio and/or recordings before, during, even after the conference for purposes of documentation. Accordingly, your participation in the conference presupposes your consent that recordings of you might be published.

Eco-friendly praxis

This conference aims for a minimal-to-zero waste observance. The conference IDs are designed to be reusable as luggage tags after the conference while our conference bags are made of eco-friendly material. We have also requested the hotel catering to employ sustainable servicing procedures and tableware towards this end.
